Great staff and location! The staff was so friendly and accommodating, always making sure I was comfortable. They even upgraded my room when there was a mix-up with check-in. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of the city and close to all the main attractions. I could easily walk to the shopping streets and the city center without any hassle.

I had a great stay at a hotel in central Cologne. The location was perfect, close to the main shopping area but down a side street, so it wasn't too noisy. The room was clean and tidy, with a view of the surrounding buildings. The bathroom was modern and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. The breakfast included a variety of options, from cereals and pastries to cooked items. it was a convenient and comfortable hotel near the city center and popular sights.

There was a minor issue with the payment process, which led to an unpleasant interaction with the hotel management.

The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a hot selection as well as a variety of salads, cheeses, hams, salamis, fruits.

In the morning, I was delighted by the breakfast offered. It had a wide variety of options, including fresh fruits, different cheeses, and delicious croissants. The attention to detail in the food was evident, and I thoroughly enjoyed starting my day with such a tasty meal.

The unreliable WiFi connection, which was not consistent in all areas of the hotel.

The location was perfect, great to easily explore the city center and all its attractions within walking distance. The rooms were comfortable and clean, equipped with a large TV, fridge, and ensuite bathroom. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Parking was conveniently located directly opposite the hotel. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel for a visit to Cologne.
